Natural Process Environment – Seawater Defrost
All the raw sea cucumber is frozen when it is transported to the manufacturer. Some companies defrost by boiling the sea cucumber, which would cause nutrition loss. However, we use seawater to defrost making it more natural.
Advanced Processing Technique – Steaming instead of boiling
We are the only company use steam to cook the cleaned raw sea cucumber instead of boiling. Steaming helps lock all the protein and nutrition in the sea cucumber making our products the best sea cucumber in Canada.
